在Outlook 中設定共用行事曆及開啟組職成員的共用行事曆

How to share calendar and open share calenar from organization member in outlook.

共用行事曆 Share calendar
step 1
1.切換至「行事曆」資料夾
2.選擇要共用的行事曆
3.點擊「常用」功能表中的「共用行事曆」
1.Switch to "Calendar" folder.
2.Choose the calendar to share.
3.On the "Home" menu, select "Share Calendar".
step 2
1.在「收件者...」中找到欲共用的組織成員信箱
2.選擇欲共用的詳細資料層級為「完整詳細資料」
3.點擊「傳送(S)」
4.點擊「是(Y)」傳送信件
1.Click "To..." and find the mailbox of organization member to share.
2.Choose "Full details" of the level of detail.
3.Click "Send".
4.Click "Yes" to send.
開啟共用行事曆 Open the share calendar
如果有收到共用行事曆郵件 When the message of share calendar in the mailbox.
點擊郵件中的「開啟此 行事曆(N)」 Click "Open this Calenar" in the message.
如果無法開啟共用行事曆 When the share calendar is not opened.
1.切換至「行事曆」資料夾
2.點擊「常用」功能表中的「開啟行事曆」,「開啟共用行事曆(O)...」
3.在「名稱(N)...」中找到欲共用的組織成員信箱,並點「確定」去開啟
1.Switch to "Calendar" folder.
2.On the "Home" menu, select "Open Calendar...","Open Share Calenar...".
3.Click "Name..." and find the mailbox of organization member,and Click "OK" to open.
共用行事曆已可檢視 This share calenar is viewed in outlook.
完成。 Finish.
